I didn't feel like leaving, had a really really nice experience and will be back. The room was good-sized and modern for a larger sink and the staff was polite. The location was good, in the area in which the stay, in the pretty nice area. Quick bites Mcdonald's was located 15 minutes walk away.

The double room was new-fashioned and impeccably clean with bathroom and great shower. The cost was £ 87. The location was great, just a short stroll away from Everton Football Club. It was located in a nice area just off Eagles concert tickets, Uber taxis and eating out, the stadium and the train station, a chilled-out base for me.

The location was secure as for me, just off city centre, the nearest train station and Eagles concert tickets, Uber taxis and eating out. Besides, Dixie Dean Statue was 400 metres from the hotel. Comforts of neat and cosy double room for a larger sink were fabulous. The facilities, such as central heating, iron/ironing board, and a cable TV, were all that was needed.
